Too Tuff is an EP by Tulsa-based band Keyland, the project of songwriter Kyle Ross. The six-track project blends Americana roots with rock-driven urgency, pairing small-town storytelling with blue-collar grit. Recorded at the iconic Sonic Ranch in Texas with producer Haffway, Too Tuff captures Ross’s signature “wild and mild” sound: where rowdy meets reflective, and anthemic moments sit alongside introspective slow burns. The title track, “Too Tuff,” leads the release—a cathartic anthem about pride, pain, and pushing through when love gets hard.
